We’ll set up an initial meeting to review your project. We will discuss what you want to achieve, your budget, timing and whether you need a designer, Architect or Engineer to start the process
We’ll review concept & drawings together to understand the overall design intent. At this point we can discuss overall schedule & permit process.
We will get pricing from sub-trades and negotiate best value for the scope of work entailed. Budget will be presented and reviewed in detail with you. This is a collaborative and transparent process.
Once budget finalized, construction will begin. A construction schedule is issued and adhered to. My site team along with my hands-on approach will ensure your project is handled with care & attention to detail. You are updated throughout the entire process to its completion.
The home is the heart of the family, and the ability to build a space that is aesthetically pleasing and deliberately designed has been a constant in my career. At 16 I distinctly remember a friend’s parents designing and constructing their cottage, watching their dream come to life effectively ignited my passion for building.
